Manos Sdrakas is a graduate of the Department of Agriculture, School of Geotechnical Sciences of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. In 2001 he started working as an agronomist and in 2005 he co-founded Novaplan, a company providing agricultural advisory services and developing systems for Integrated Management (AGRO, GlobalGap, TN, FSA), quality (ISO 9001), food safety (ISO 22000, IFS, BRC), work safety and ethics (ISO 45001, SEDEX, GRASP), environment (ISO 14001), Water Management (GG-SPRING) and Biodiversity (GG-Biodiversity).

He is a certified agricultural advisor and has a long experience as an agricultural advisor. He has worked as a trainer of the geotechnical Chamber of Greece on topics of Integrated Management application and other international standards. He has attended a high number of seminars on topics of certification and integrated management.
