Roza Gargalakou was born in Piraeus and is a PhD candidate at the National University of Athens (UoA). She is a graduate of the Athens School of Philosophy of UoA and holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Sorbonne (Paris4).

She has worked in the field of primary, secondary and adult education in large cultural organizations. She has worked in the management of cultural units and has received training in the field of Public Relations and Business Administration. She is the Chief Executive Officer of NEUROPUBLIC. She speaks French and English, she has three children.
